Quality at UC

The University of Canberra assures the quality of education, research and administration through its compliance with the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021 (Threshold Standards), a legislative instrument created under the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA) Act 2011.

Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA) regulates and monitors the quality of higher education in Australia.

TEQSA's regulatory decisions, including UC's registration status can be seen on the National Register.

Internally, the University’s Quality and Standards Framework (QSF) is used to monitor ongoing compliance with the Threshold Standards and assure continued quality of education, research and administration activities.
