UC Nutrition and Dietetics Clinic

Personalised Nutrition Care to Empower Your Health and Well-being

Welcome

At the University of Canberra's Student-led Nutrition and Dietetics Clinic, our student nutritionists

and dietitians provide positive, nonjudgemental support for anyone seeking help with food, eating,

health, and well-being. We offer expert dietary care to UC staff, students, and the wider community.

Our Care Model

Guided by the latest research, you will receive care from a dedicated Master of Nutrition and

Dietetics student, closely supervised by an experienced Accredited Practising Dietitian. Together,

they deliver evidence-based, compassionate, and personalised support to help you reach your

health goals.

What is Nutrition and Dietetics?

Nutrition and dietetics examine how food affects our bodies and overall health.

  • Nutrition focuses on nutrients and their role in well-being.
  • Dietetics applies this knowledge to manage health conditions and promote wellness through diet.

What to Expect

Your journey starts with a thorough lifestyle and dietary assessment, followed by tailored advice that
